Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Report directly to and collaborate closely with the General Manager on all HR-related matters and strategic initiatives. Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with Malaysian labor laws, statutory regulations, and the corporate principles of Trensor China. Design, establish, and manage the full HR infrastructure from inception, including the setup of HR systems, policies, and operational workflows. Lead the implementation of a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to streamline payroll, performance management, and employee data administration. Oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes for both white-collar and blue-collar employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning needs. Develop and execute onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure effective employee integration and continuous learning. Manage payroll operations, statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB), and employee benefits administration efficiently and accurately. Establish a robust performance management framework to support talent growth, career progression, and succession planning. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs, communication initiatives, and recognition activities. Provide advisory support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor law compliance. Actively contribute to organizational transformation initiatives, particularly in setting up the HR department, defining structure, and establishing best practices.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in setting up a new HR department or HR system from the ground up, including policy creation, system implementation, and process design. Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory requirements. Experience with HRIS implementation and process automation will be an added advantage. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance operational and developmental HR responsibilities effectively. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-growing organization.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
