  • Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management to address workplace issues.
  • Resolve conflicts and foster a harmonious work environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal processes and guide managers in evaluations.
  • Develop performance improvement plans and recognize high-performing employees.
  • Identify skills gaps and organize relevant training programs.
  • Promote leadership development and career progression opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Update and enforce company policies and HR guidelines.
  • Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation structures to remain competitive.
  • Align HR goals with organizational strategy.
  • Analyze workforce data to support decision-making.
  • Plan for workforce changes, such as expansion or downsizing.
