Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field with 3+ years of HR experience.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken), and Mandarin would be an added advantage to deal with foreign employees who speak in Mandarin.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and commercial awareness skills.
Ability to manage ISO 9001 filing and staff KPIs.
Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to keep the team motivated.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal systems.
Administer payroll and prepare monthly payroll reports.
Analyze HR performance KPIs to improve team efficiency and reduce turnover.
Provide HR guidance to leadership and employees based on company policies.
Handle work permit applications and logistics for foreign employees.
