Responsibilities:
Responsible for develop, implement, maintain and review HR policies & procedures and to ensure that are consistent with local laws and regulations as well as communicate these policies and procedures clearly to employees.
Responsible to oversee HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment process for both local & foreign workers, payroll, training & development, performance appraisal, employee relations including managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, counseling & etc.
Execute recruitment, development, motivation & retention strategies to meet organization current and future needs.
Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
Any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree and Human Resources Management.
Equivalent 5 years of relevant experiences, of which at least 3 years are in supervisory role.
Must have skill in MS Office (Word & Excel), Internet & Email.
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
In-depth knowledge of Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
Experience in handling Government and Statutory Bodies.
Fluent, both spoken & written in Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
