Strategic HR Advisory: Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of strategic and operational HR matters.
Learning & Development: Assess training needs, design and implement skill-building, leadership, and soft-skill programs.
Culture & Change Management: Promote organizational values, diversity & inclusion, and support change initiatives.
Industrial Relations: Ensure and maintain harmonious industrial relations within the organization.
Payroll Management:
Manage end-to-end payroll operations including handling payroll queries, updating the payroll master file, making revisions, and computing adjustments.
Ensure compliance with payroll policies and statutory requirements.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
Lead C&B reviews, job grading exercises, and market benchmarking studies.
Support the organization's talent management and retention strategies.
HR Reporting & Budgeting:
Consolidate and analyze HR data to prepare reports for HR budgeting, manpower costing, and compensation planning.
HR Systems & Data Integrity:
Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Performance Management:
Oversee and support the full performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, confirmations, and performance improvement plans.
Policy Compliance:
Regularly review and update HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.
Recruitment & Retention:
Manage recruitment processes and provide insights into talent trends.
Recommend and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
Employee Benefits & Welfare:
Administer employee leave and insurance benefits efficiently.
HR Documentation:
Prepare and manage all HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, promotions, and resignation acceptances.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR analytics with business objectives.
HR Framework Development:
Contribute to structuring a robust HR system and practices that support professional HR career development within the organization.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager or Assistant Manager specializing in Human Resources Management.
We need a hand on person. Able to drive HR department for company expansion/ IPO plan and Team's objectives
