Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Shah Alam,Selangor
Salary: RM5,000- RM5,500 + meal lunch provided
Working days: Monday- Friday, Saturday alternate
Working hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (8.30 am - 12.30 pm) :

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee development and align with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance to managers on setting performance expectations, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge.
• Implement initiatives to support career growth and succession planning.
• Support career development through mentoring and coaching.
• Develop and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes.
• Communicate policies and SOPs to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
• Promote a culture of open communication and inclusivity.
• Collaborate with management to resolve employee-related issues and maintain a positive work environment.
• Manage the compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry.
• Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark salary and benefit packages.
• Administer payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
