Job description - HR Manager
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in One City, USJ. . As a growing company, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Executive with 7 years of working experience with 2 years in leadership role in handling the company's growing human resources needs.
The Human Resource Manager will lead and manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive company culture.
The role also involves conducting performance evaluations, managing payroll, and working closely with leadership to strategically align HR initiatives with company goals. The Human Resource Manager shall also co-ordinate the training needs of all the employees and overseas the evaluation process.
While technical knowledge is important, we are even more concern with the personality of the candidate. As a dynamic and forward-looking company, we seek a person who would like to learn new things all the times and set new challenges and targets for him/herself. While guidance and support as well as internal and external training will be provided, we expect the person to be pro-active and highly motivated.
As for remuneration, other than the basic salary, we will also give annual bonus, performance bonus and other incentives as well as various staff benefits that is similar to those in the industry
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
7 years of working experience in Human Resources with at least 2 years in leadership role
Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Experience in performance management and employee development
Ability to collaborate with leadership and align HR strategies with business objectives
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as to lead a team when necessary.
Plus Points
Experience in Property and/or Construction industries.
Ability to speak Mandarin for communication with China counterparts
