HR Manager
to lead our HR operations and support business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead performance management processes including appraisals, promotions, and succession planning.
Manage foreign worker administration, including liaison with immigration and government authorities.
Drive employee engagement initiatives such as team building, CSR activities, and wellness programs.
Support audits (ISO, internal, external) and maintain accurate HR records.
Provide HR advisory services to management and employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Experience in payroll, employee relations, and foreign worker management is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin is a plus).
Proficient in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, problem?solving, and interpersonal skills.
