Overview
We are a profitable and fast-growing company engaging in designing and selling own brand video surveillance products and systems. Our main market is in the USA, EU, England and ANZ. Our end customers are consumers, homeowners and small size enterprises. We do not sell into industrial or military market.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resource & Office Manager to support this new company to implement HR strategy and policies to support the growth of the company, to recruit and retain talents, and execute related HR roles and responsibilities.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, demonstrating increasing responsibility and leadership.
  • Proven expertise in HR management, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and best practices in all HR activities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with a diverse workforce and stakeholders.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, contributing to organizational growth and development.
  • Proficiency in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining employee privacy and data security.
  • Teamwork, able to work under pressure and uncertainty
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, work pass application administration, etc...
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, and to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, performance-based bonuses, and employee benefits packages.
  • Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to managers on employee performance issues.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and to support the company's strategic goals.
  • Manage office operations, including facilities management, vendor management, and office supplies procurement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR data, and generate reports as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Maintain and update HR records with HR management software, ensuring data privacy and compliant with PDDA requirements
