Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR operations or similar role.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies & employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is required.
- Flexible approach to new skills and responsibilities, attention to detail.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin
- Handle and process calculation of payroll.
- Submission employee's contribution EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDC.
- Able to process and handle employees training program.
- Handle employees record such as attendance, annual leave, sick leave balance, OT, claims.
- Monthly and annual salary analysis preparation & records.
- Able to report to HR Manager for any HR duties and matters.
- Support office administration, assist other task assign by superior from time to time.
- Other Ad-hoc duties if necessary.
