Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Assist update employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems.
Assist to ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 and other labor-related regulations.
Provide preliminary guidance to employees and management on basic HR policies and statutory matters.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and SOPs.
Support performance management exercises and appraisal tracking.
Coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
Assist in handling employee relations matters including basic grievances and disciplinary documentation.
Assist to prepare HR reports, official letters, and updates for management.
Contribute to employee engagement and company culture-building activities.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
