Handle recruitment process such as posting job advertisement, screening for short listing, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc
Coordinate orientation and training programs for new recruits with training department
Prepare letters, conducting disciplinary of employee, keep records, arrange and update employee disciplinary and liaise cases with Department of Labor (JTK)
Incharge of company payroll, ensure timely payroll completion, prepare and submit monthly payroll report on a timely manner
Monitor the implementation of Company HR policies and procedures
Manage and keep records of staffs attendance and leave control
Instill positive working culture by organizing monthly team building activities and handle staff welfare/ benefits
Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year experience in related field
Knowledge in data processing applications, proficiency in Excel and Worksy
Good knowledge in employment legislation and guidelines, Employment act and current HR practices in Malaysia.
Able to work independently, management skill and excellent communication at all levels.
Able to communicate and write in : Bahasa Malaysia and English.
