Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions.
Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance.
Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
Generate and maintain payroll reports for management.
Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
Enter new employee data into the company database.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, HR or a similar role.
Must possess a degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
