Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist at Manjoy Gadget Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in the company's recruitment and payroll processes. Based in our Ipoh, Perak office, this full-time position will see you responsible for managing all aspects of talent acquisition and employee compensation. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring Manjoy Gadget maintains a high-performing and engaged workforce to support its continued growth.

What you'll be doing



Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Screening and evaluating job applications to identify qualified candidates Coordinating the interview process and providing hiring recommendations Overseeing the onboarding of new employees Managing the company's payroll system, including processing payments and maintaining accurate employee records Administering employee benefits and leave entitlements Providing HR support and guidance to employees on policies and procedures Assisting with the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention

What we're looking for



Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally with a focus on recruitment and payroll management Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask Proficient in the use of HR software and data management tools Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practices A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
