Update info to Assist Portal, e-SPC.
To handle recruitment screen and filter potential candidates through different effective channel.
To participate in career fair at University/ College.
Propose relevant Training and apply grant from HRD Corp.
To attend to any staff disciplinary matter.
Issuance all type of HR Letter and Memorandum.
Check Staff attendance, Leave record, Staff Claims comply with Company policy.
To contact and liaise with HRD Corp, EPF, Perkeso, LHDN, Labour office when required.
To plan and organize in Events.
Assist Human Resource & Administration Manager in other task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related.
At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource.
With experiences in Property Developer/ Construction will be add advantage.
Familiar in Employment Act 1955.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
Judge Fair, Meticulous, Positive attitude.
With own transportation.
Able to work at Bandar Kinrara, Puchong
Monday to Friday, 8:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5:30pm.
