Job Responsibility To responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR related services. To oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and supplies inventory to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of office. To perform any other duties or ad-hoc task required by superior or Management. Job Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration Management HR Management or equivalent. Posses minimum 2 years of working experience in HR related field & payroll experience. Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations, local authorities, and legal implications. Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin, both written and spoken. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and multitask. Pleasant and positive disposition, meticulous, attention to details, self-motivated, prudent with strong sense of urgency and personal accountability. Able to work independently and a team player. Able to maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity, disciplined and professional. Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
