What awaits you:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment. Proven experience managing recruitment across multiple APAC countries. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations in the region. Demonstrated ability to

work effectively under pressure

and meet

tight deadlines

without compromising quality. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong ability to

think creatively

and propose innovative HR solutions

What you bring to the table:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies. Maintain and build relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards. Support HR operations including employee lifecycle management, HRIS updates, and policy implementation. Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies. Contribute to HR projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and workforce planning.
