Assist in full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation.
2. Payroll & HR Administration
Support HR documentation including contracts, letters, and personal files.
Assist in monthly payroll preparation (for senior roles: verify payroll and ensure accuracy).
Handle leave, attendance, claims, and employee benefits.
3. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries.
Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement programs.
4. Training & Development
Maintain training records and coordinate training sessions.
Assist in tracking competency development and compliance training.
5. HR Policies, Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Assist in HR reporting, data compilation, and HRIS updates.
Support audits and regulatory inspections.
6. General HR Support
Ensure proper upkeep of HR documents and records.
Assist in HR projects, events, and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the HR Manager.
