Benefits Startup culture Fun & Young working environment 5-days work week Job Responsibilities Responsible for the full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payrolls. Improve the company\'s management system, and supervise the implementation and effect feedback of the rules and regulations. Responsible for the recruitment process, handling employee entry, resignation, transfer, promotion, salary adjustment and other procedures. Carry out induction training for new employees, and follow-up feedback on training effects. Improve the employee performance appraisal system, and supervise the implementation and follow-up feedback. Improve the company\'s welfare system to stimulate the company\'s vitality. Maintain labour relations and organise team building activities. Responsible for the internal culture construction of the enterprise. Check attendance for all staff and resolve any discrepancy issues. Assist in the work of other departments and complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders. To execute ad-hoc duties when required. Job requirements Having working experience in human resources and recruitment experience is an added advantage. Familiar with office software. Possess good professionalism, strong communication and coordination skills, strong work planning and organisation, calm and dedicated, meticulous and patient, and good teamwork spirit.
