Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
Or SPM with 5 year experience
Someone who is available immediately would be added advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full spectrum of human resource function : payroll operations, leaves, claims and other related functions.
Involve in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure monthly salaries are paid accurately and on time
Ensure statutory submission are completed timely and efficiently and liaise with statutory bodies on related issues
Maintain employees personal file and ensure all information are accurate, current and complete
Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other employment related letter
Provide advisory services to employee on matters related to payroll, leave or claims
Perform any ad-hoc assignments / duties as and when required by superior
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
