In line with our business expansion, we are now seeking for an agile Human Resources and Accountant to join our team; OUR REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum of 1 Year hands-on experience in handling payroll job, including payments of Salary, overtime, allowances and ensure statutory deductions are carried out promptly. 2. To deal with issues of attendances, absenteeism, employees disputes and grievances, firing employees and administering disciplinary procedures. 3. To update and maintain employee information into System and personal files 4. To maintain and update related company policies, procedures & employee handbook 5. To review and update SOP, organization chart or etc regularly OTHER DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION 1. To monitor and manage the cash balances on daily basis. 2. To assist in maintaining effective filing system. 3. To prepare a full set of documents monthly auditing by external auditors. 4. To undertake any other duties as assigned by Senior Employees.
