Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or executive role.
Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - from job posting, screening, and interviews to job offer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
2. Employee Relations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities, events, and communication programs.
3. Performance & Talent Management
  • Support the annual performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
  • Track probation and confirmation reviews, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in talent development programs and succession planning initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage HR systems, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
5. Compensation & Benefits
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
  • Handle staff claims, insurance matters, and statutory contributions.
  • Assist in reviewing and administering employee benefits.
