We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic
HR & Admin Intern
to help grow and support our dynamic team. With your help managing people and processes, we can stay focused on our mission--empowering children to reach their full potential. If you're organized, people-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd love to have you on board.
Your Role:
Assist in recruitment: job postings, sourcing candidates, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation (contracts, onboarding forms, etc.).
Support daily admin tasks: scheduling, correspondence, filing, and reports.
Help implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
Respond to inquiries via email, social media, and other channels.
Assist with marketing content--simple graphics, short videos, and social media posts.
Monitor engagement and help manage online communications.
Support company events and collaborate across teams as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Preferably studying HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential info.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference.
