Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a passionate individual, who will be championing the corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, driving corporate communication, overseeing the recruitment process, as well as managing general administrative tasks.

Corporate Social Responsibility focus area

  • Acting as a focal point for the Company\'s CSR initiatives in geography and building relationships with community partners and key stakeholders
  • Staying abreast of relevant research and trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices
  • Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
General Administrative
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Oversee the reception desk when needed
HR Communication
  • Creating and publishing HR news into social media/ internal newsletter and other publications
  • Networking with various institutions (career talk at universities/ colleges)
Recruitment
  • Screening resumes and schedule interview appointment (request from the hiring manager)
  • Conducting reference check
  • Responsible on the provision of recruitment report (recruitment activities, hiring status, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any field of study
  • Well-versed in Malaysia\'s Employment Act
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time management and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to details and resourcefulness in handling assigned tasks/ projects
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing charities and CSR best practices
  • Adept in both teamwork and individual tasks
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Adept in effectively engaging diverse groups of individuals, serving as the primary liaison between the company and the public
