Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, any other related field.
1- 2 years working experience in an HR environment.
Knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and labour laws.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multipletasks efficiently.
High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Payroll Software: SQL Payroll & Infotech HRMS
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Assist in compiling HR data for payroll processing, including overtime, attendance and leave records.
Maintain accurate and compliant employee personal files and statutory records.
Assist with employee engagement activities, surveys and HR initiatives ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Perform HR data entry, reporting and documentation.
Coordinate interview schedules, recruitment logistics, and pre-employment documentation.
Assist in handling employee disciplinary matters, including preparing basic documentation for disciplinary actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and leave records.
Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
