Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Assistant in Bintulu. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to HR management, including HR information systems, benefits administration, and training. Qualifications Experience in Human Resources and HR management Knowledge of benefits administration processes Ability to develop and deliver training programs Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
