Job Description

:



Manage monthly

payroll

accurately and in compliance with regulations.

Prepare, review, and maintain HR records and employee documentation.

Handle

foreign workers' permit and visa applications/renewals

, ensuring legal compliance.

Assist in managing workers leave, attendance, and disciplinary records.

Support implementation of HR policies, training programs, and employee welfare activities.

Prepare HR reports for management and audit purposes.

Perform other administrative tasks related to HR as assigned.

Qualifications :



Diploma/Degree in

Human Resource Management / Business Administration

or equivalent.

Minimum

1-2 years of experience

in HR, especially payroll and foreign worker management.

Basic knowledge of

Malaysian Labour Law / Sarawak Labour Ordinance

.

Strong communication skills

Proficient in

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

and HR/payroll systems.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain audit-ready documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
