Job description
Handle recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters)
Manage staff attendance and leave records using the Company HR system
Prepare and maintain HR documentation (offer letters, memos, warning letters)
Assist in onboarding and exit processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions
Monitor employee performance in line with company goals.
Support HR compliance matters related to EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and LHDN
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least
1 year experience
in HR/administration is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication, organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of Employment Act 1955
