Role Description General Arrange & assist with orientation program for all new joiners (Foreign worker, Local Operator, QC Inspector) Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas. Foreign Worker Matters Liaise with foreign worker for related matters, e-PLKS, Fomema, FWCMS and ect Arrange the fomema for Foreign worker. Responsible for New Foreign worker arrival clearance & Repatriation for foreign worker. Monitor foreign worker disciplinary. Performance Assist with performance management procedures. Assist on counseling production workers. Payroll Assist in monitoring staff attendance, overtime verification, and all leave record. Assist in document filing and make sure records up to date. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge on e-PLKS, FWCMS, Fomema and ect
