Job Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support for all HR related matters including department day-to-day operational activities.
-Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedure.
-Check and maintain payroll data in SAP system.

-Administer employees\xe2\x80\x99 benefits including leave management, processing medical claims and bills, and issuing medical guarantee letter as when required.
-Manage internship-related matters including recruitment.
-Coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing employee identification card and door access card.

Job Requirements
:

-Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business studies or related field (or equivalent experience).
-Prior experience in
HR administrative role is preferred.
-Good written and verbal communication skill in BM and English.
-Detailed oriented with high level of accuracy on data entry and record keeping.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
-Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
