1. Answers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls. 2. Respond to internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department. 3. To assist with the process of recruitment, including screening candidates, arrange interviews and issuing employment contracts. 4. Handle Confidential payroll, Insurance and other confidential matters. 5. Coordinates and administers all paper flow within the Department. 6. Ensures that all employee records are kept up to date (including a employee annual leave, business trips, medical leave). 7. Supporting HR-related training programs, workshops and seminars. 8. Types, takes dictation and minutes, draft letters, files and traces and composes correspondence.
