-Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resources or any other related qualifications. -At least 2 years of experience in HR or any other related fields is required. -Handle all HR related functions including but not limited to managing employees\xe2\x80\x99 claim and reimbursement, hiring, training, disciplinary proceedings and dismissal of employees, payrolls related matters such as leave, benefit and compensation. -Proficient in Microsoft Office, SQL and other relevant software. -Responsible for the improvement of HR management system. -Familiar with the statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO and all other relevant laws, rules and regulations. -Handle any other duties assigned from time to time.
