Support recruitment and selection of Clinic Assistants
Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate staff files and HR records
Monitor attendance, leave, and branch staff movements
Prepare HR documents and correspondence (e.g., offer, confirmation, warning letters)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and clinic HR procedures
Liaise with clinic leader on staffing matters
Requirements:
Diploma in HR/Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative experience
Knowledge of Employment Act 1955
Strong communication, organization, and confidentiality skills
