Job Description

Job Scope :



Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR-related documents. Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments. Process and manage statutory payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax deductions. Manage offboarding, leave management, employee confirmations, promotions, and attendance tracking. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Foster a positive work environment and assist in employee engagement initiatives such as annual dinners, team building activities, and festive celebration.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Human Resources. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
