Main Responsibilities:- Responsible for company full-cycle recruitment activity, from job posting to New Hire Orientation. Generating official internal documents and letters, such as offer letter, appointment letters, and etc. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. Involvement in continuous HR policies and regulation improvement and implementation. Assist in payroll function, such as verifying staff attendance. Assist in employee engagement event planning, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities. Comfortable working in ALCOHOL industry will be a plus point. , Qualifications:- At least Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resource, Business Studies, Psychology or equivalent. We encourage fresh graduate to apply. But if you have at least 1 year working experience in HR operations, this will work to your advantage. Having a valid driving license is a plus point.
