Plan and execute recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
Maintain and expand recruitment channels, actively seeking and attracting outstanding talents to join the company.
Compensation and Benefits Management
Manage monthly attendance calculation and performance KPI assessment, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
Develop and optimize employee benefit plans to meet employee needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Employee Management
Resolve daily employee issues, provide necessary support and assistance, and maintain good employee relations.
Plan and organize team-building activities to promote team cohesion and a friendly atmosphere.
Responsible for maintaining the daily order of the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
To undertake and perform other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, annual leave.
Proper filling & documentation.
Organization Development
Assist Project Officer in managing project, from pre development to post development stage.
Follow up submission approval from relevant authorities.
