1. Candidate must posses Degree in Human Resources.
2. Preferred candidate with at least 1 years of relevant working experience.
3. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
4. Posses own transport (car/motorbike).
5. Must be computer literate.
Job Responsibility:
1. To assist responsible for all administrative duties and all HR related matters.
2. To assist prepare monthly salary, wages and benefit.
3. To assist knowledge of current Labour Laws & Employment Act.
4. To assist ensure Human resource management at high quality and adhere to labour law at all time.
5. To assist ensure company fulfil all statutory compliance including SST, Tax, EPF, SOCSO, business license etc at all time without delay.
6. To assist handle daily administration & operation duties which include documentation, filing, email correspondence, coordination, issue quotation & purchase order and following up on pending matters.
7. To perform any other duties as instructed by the Company, Board of Directors or your immediate superior.
