Job Description


  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll matters eg. data entry of allowances/claims, calculation of OT, etc.
  • Perform employee registration in statutory portals;
  • Set up new employees, eleave, eclaims, OT and attendance in HRMS software;
  • Assist with generating HR letters and setting up HR policies via employee handbook;
  • Perform filing according to requirements;
  • Be part of an organizing committee for events or social activities;
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

; Requirements: -

  • Pursuing or possess a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource / Business / Management;
  • Knowledge in HRMS software such as QuickPay, Paybun, iPayroll, etc.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Very detail-oriented;
  • Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
  • Have some statutory regulatory knowledge (EPF, Socso, LHDN, HRDC);
  • Highly dependent person with sense of urgency, responsibility, and result oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure with ability to meet tight deadlines.
