Maintain and manage all physical and electronic employee files (e.g., in HRIS/HR software), ensuring strict confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with all data protection regulations.
Documentation:
Process all personnel changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, ensuring all required paperwork is completed and processed efficiently.
Data Integrity:
Input and audit employee data related to compensation, benefits, time-off accruals, and personal information in the HRIS.
Reporting:
Generate routine HR reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, and training status for departmental and management review.
II. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Recruitment Logistics:
Assist the HR team with the hourly employee recruitment process, including posting job openings (for production roles), screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks (e.g., drug screens, background checks).
New Hire Process:
Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations, specifically focusing on introducing factory rules, safety procedures, and mandatory HR paperwork.
Onboarding:
Prepare new hire packets, set up employee workstations, and coordinate with IT, Safety, and Production Supervisors to ensure new team members are ready for their first day on the manufacturing floor.
III. Payroll, Time & Attendance
Timekeeping:
Support the accurate processing of payroll by collecting, verifying, and auditing employee timecards/time clock entries, especially for multiple shifts and overtime calculations.
Leave Management:
Track and maintain records for employee absences, vacation/PTO requests, and various leaves of absence (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave).
Inquiries:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and time-off policies.
IV. Safety, Training, and Compliance
Training Coordination:
Schedule and track mandatory compliance training (e.g., OSHA/Safety training, harassment prevention) for all factory personnel.
Safety Support:
Assist in maintaining records of workplace incidents, injury reports, and worker's compensation claims documentation, coordinating with the Safety Manager as required.
Policy Support:
Communicate HR policies and procedures to manufacturing staff, helping to ensure a smooth and compliant work environment.

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
