Hi All, We have vacancies for HR Assistant role. Responsibilities: Managing recruitment by compiling of roles, advertisement of vacancies, interview scheduling and setting up interview session Prepare necessary recruitment documentations and employees onboarding process Creating comprehensive and thorough induction programmes for all new employees, together with learning and development needs Assist in review and implementation of HR policies and practice. Monitor staff wellbeing and conduct risk assessments as applicable Organize and maintain personnel records Answer employees queries about HR-related issues and manage employee\'s welfare matters. Assist Finance department by providing relevant employee information Identify, collate and monitor employees\' training needs and develop a training plan. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication 11. Miscellaneous administrative functions in the office Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree in human resources or related - 2 years of experience as an HR assistant - Effective HR administration and people management skills. - Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
