  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions.
  • Knowledge of computer applications i.e. MS Excel and HR-specific software programs i.SAP HR
  • 1-2 years of experience in related field. Must have credit in SPM Mathematics
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Inspect uniforms for damage and remove substandard uniforms from circulation and issue replacement
  • Filling of documents and maintaining proper filing system. To actively attend to queries from branches and external parties. To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
  • Arranging and organizing all extra uniforms and carrying out any small repair work to the uniforms.
  • Sorted, received, and issued uniform. Raised necessary document before issuing uniform to the staff Returns unclean or dirty uniforms to laundry for rewash. Informs supervisor about any damage to uniforms.
  • Entering & maintaining uniforms deduction and refund record in Success Factor. Monitoring Uniform stock and updating in Excel on a monthly basic. Manage annual uniform orders
  • Prepare GRN(Goods Return Note) & DDR (Document Distribution Record) to send uniforms to branches.
  • Make sure that there is a sufficient supply of uniforms in stock for the new starters.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all foreign workers have the necessary work permits/ employment pass, and other legal documentation to work in the country. This includes coordinating with government agencies, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
  • Administering staff training enrolment and assisting in coordinating training related matters.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other task that may be assigned to you from time to time by your superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
