Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, employee benefits administration, and statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Coordinate new employee orientation, training, and re-training programs.
Support performance appraisal, probation confirmation, and HR reporting.
Handle employee inquiries and support employee relations matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labour regulations.
Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
