Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Computer literate Salary can be negotiable based on the working experiences

Working Location : HQ, Tmn Berkeley, Klang / Kedah / Penang / Pahang / Johor

Responsibilities

Responsible for posting job advertisements on various platforms including job boards, social media, and the company's official website. Liaise with manpower supply agencies, universities and other recruitment channels to source suitable candidates. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and relevant interviewers. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest. Perform background checks, including reference checks and employment history verification. Maintain an organized and up-to-date applicant tracking system and recruitment database. Coordinate and support career fairs, recruitment drives and other employer branding initiatives. Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Support the development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Participate in the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and systems to support organizational goals. Ensure proper filing, documentation and maintenance of Human Resources and Recruitment records. Handle all necessary HR-related paperwork and ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Undertake ad-hoc tasks and additional duties as assigned by the superior or manager from time to time
