We will count on you to:

The Manager will champion:
  • Manages human capital programs which support both the business plan and corporate HR strategy.
  • Provides recommendations for human capital change initiatives, and leads small change activities for specific client groups.
  • Ensures the appropriate execution of actions resulting from organization re-design.
  • Recommends rewards strategies for client businesses, ensuring clear linkages between reward and recognition and performance, contribution and long term potential.
  • Advises clients on all matters of talent acquisition, retention, reward, and recognition.
  • Supports talent management programs including performance management, coaching, training, career development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provides guidance to clients about the importance of colleague engagement and drives actions to improve this in collaboration with the business.
  • Aligns with ER team to oversee all individual and collective employee relations issues to a successful conclusion with minimal operational risk.
  • Communicates with top management and may be required to lead, manage and direct an HRBP team.
  • Oversees research initiatives to ensure clients have market intelligence to inform critical decision-making.
What you need to have:
  • 7-10 years of HR Business Partnering experience
  • Experienced in supporting managers with employee relations case management including investigations and administration of hearings
  • Demonstrated ability to coach People Managers at most levels in the business effectively through all aspects of the employee life cycle including in more complex situations.
  • Able to identify opportunities to make improvements to the service provided by People Services and demonstrates a willingness and aptitude to lead work to define and implement changes that will deliver a better service to People Managers.
