:As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRPB) & Mobility Lead, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR operational services (including employee mobility administration, administration of HR systems and programs, benefits plan, etc.) to achieve high standard of service and delivery for the assigned client group.HR Business Partner:Manages questions and issues from co-workers and managers. Determines escalations and resolution through company programs and policies to COEs and HRBPs.Creates presentations/FAQs, runs Workday reports for HRBP/business requests for data, and ensures Workday transactions are approved in a timely manner.Acts as a culture champion to ensure a culture that focuses on engagement, continuous improvement, cultural awareness, and high performance with the coworker experience being paramount.Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, development, and other training assigned by client groups.Partners with the HR COEs and HRBPs to collaboratively implement HR programs and policies.Collaborates with other business partners (Finance, Legal, IT) to complete projects and meet operational needs.Work with the Facilities regarding any co-worker needs.Mobility Lead:Manage the mobility program focused on ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Monitor visa status and deadlines to ensure cases are initiated in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation of and track applications and other documents with government authorities related to non-immigrant visas, immigrant visas.Identify supporting information and documentation needed from employees, business leaders and Human Resources to prepare petitions; \xc2\xb7Serve as an immigration resource within the organization and function as a liaison with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, business leaders and outside counsel; \xc2\xb7Provide visa processing status reporting to TA, HR and Hiring/Business Leaders as needed.Maintain appropriate procedures to manage visa and immigration processing.Collaborating closely with oncoming new employees and third-party vendor for relocation ensuring relocated employee has everything they need and have all items needed for first day of work.Ensure new hire leverages all relocation benefits within the allotted time.Liaison to candidate, manager and relocation vendor on process and escalations.Follow up with orientation, apartment, team building, allowance / compensation & benefits, individual income tax, insurance, school, and any other potential matters.Invoicing for Immigration and RelocationHR Analytics & Reporting:Responsible for HR data management and the key user for HRISEnsure data accuracy in Workday (HR system of record)Support all HR audits and ensure that working practices in HR is following company\xe2\x80\x99s overall governance and compliance guidelines.Prepares monthly and quarterly HR analytics/reports required by business & finance.Support Compensation analytics where applicable.Qualifications:Degree qualified in HRM, relevant experience/certifications specifically in Mobility or Total Rewards will be advantageous.Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 HRBP and/or HR Operations experience, preferable in an MNC environmentFluent in Mandarin and local languages and/or dialects.Working knowledge with broad-based HR experience including mobility, payroll & compensation, recruitment, training administration, diversity, and labor lawAble to work with limited supervision.Detail-oriented, process driven and meticulous with data.Possess a proactive and \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude towards process improvement.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAn excellent collaborator with good stakeholder management skillsProficient in automated tools (Workday and MS office)What\xe2\x80\x99s In It For You?
