Job Description
Our client, a leading cinema exhibitor in Malaysia is looking for Human Resources Business Partner. Work location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Salary: up to RM11,000 monthly. Responsibilities Collaborate with Operations to understand their goals and challenges and develop HR strategies to support end-to-end HR matters. Serve as a trusted advisor to Operation, offering HR guidance and solutions to enhance business performance. To be the contact person between Operation and the COE ensuring alignment across all areas such as Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and HR Operations etc. Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or equivalent with minimum 6 years of working experience as HRBP or comprehensive HR generalist. Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) and other HR technology tools to streamline HR processes and reporting. Good in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (managers, staffs and external partners)
