Job Responsibilities:



Handle and record employee documents into the logbook. Handle and distribute birthday gifts according to department. Monitor the arrival of employees during medical checkup with doctors at the clinic designated by HQ. In charge of the training room for training purpose and ensure the room always in 5S conditions. Responsible for liaise on between applicants and hiring manager on the matters of interviewing. Handle and monitor workers disciplinary and complaint issues, provided necessary guidance if needed. * Distributed payslip to each department every salary time.
