\xef\x83\x98 Recruit staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions.
\xef\x83\x98 Administer the payroll, review salaries and advise on remuneration benefits and employment law.
\xef\x83\x98 Arrange for training opportunities to enhance employees\' performance.
\xef\x83\x98 Handle foreign worker - fomema, renewal passport/permit, hostel management,
\xef\x83\x98 Training development staff - HRDF claim
\xef\x83\x98 Handle ISO Audit & prepare documentation.
\xef\x83\x98 Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in All Business Field
- Preferably Executive specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in English language for both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
