Here are the responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Malaysia's
Employment Act 1955
and other labour laws.
Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits.
Develop HR policies and procedures to support company growth and employee engagement.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
Organize training, workshops, and team development activities.
Manage daily finance operations including invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and budgets.
Maintain proper bookkeeping and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
Support management in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
Desired skills & requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and/or Finance roles.
Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, HR best practices, and statutory requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
