Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing including administering expenses claim in accordance with the company's policies and submitting relevant reports for HR reporting.
Maintain HR documentation and filing, issue relevant HR correspondence letters and liaise with relevant statutory and authority including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, IRB, etc.
Keep track of staff confirmation, monitor staff contracts, expiry renewals and other employment-related due dates and prepare HR related letters.
Provide support and work closely with the agent on expatriate employment pass application including renewal and liaise with relevant authorities and statutory bodies.
Perform any ad-hoc which assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
Good command of spoken and written English. The ability to converse in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
Meticulous, resourceful, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and able to liaise with all levels.
